If you are looking to experience the snow of the Argentine Patagonia and try the most iconic sports of the region, such as skiing and snowboarding, but have no prior experience, the Snow Baptism is the ideal choice for your trip.

Begin your adventure by witnessing the first sunlight over the slopes of Cerro Catedral and enjoy your first lesson surrounded by breathtaking views. Spend a day filled with excitement and fun with your family or friends as you create unforgettable memories.

This tour includes round-trip transportation from downtown Bariloche, 2 hours of ski or snowboard lessons, as well as warm clothing and equipment for your comfort.

Tour Description

In the morning, our vehicles will pick you up at the designated meeting points in the City of Bariloche. From there, we will set off on our excursion to the renowned Cerro Catedral, the largest ski resort in Latin America.

After approximately 45 minutes of travel, following the scenic route alongside Lake Nahuel Huapi and taking the access road to the Cerro, we will reach the base of the mountain.

To collect your passes, you will need to proceed to the meeting point at Cerro Catedral, conveniently located in the Travesia Building, right across from the Las Terrazas Shopping Center.

Upon arrival, we will head to our offices to meet the instructors and organize groups based on your selected activity. Depending on your preference, you may choose to enjoy skiing or snowboarding and receive your first instructions for what promises to be an unforgettable day.

Throughout the two-hour lesson, our professional instructors will show you how to use the equipment (either skis or snowboard, depending on your choice) and guide you through safe and enjoyable practice. Even if you are a complete beginner, you`ll love every moment of the excitement.

Once the class concludes, we will escort you to the mountain’s restaurants for a relaxing lunch (not included).

In the afternoon, you will have free time to enjoy the facilities at your own pace. During this period, you can explore the shops at the mountain’s base, capture photos of the breathtaking landscapes, visit the mountain refuge, and taste the famous Bariloche chocolates.

Finally, we will regroup at the base of the hill to return to Bariloche after a day filled with unique adventures.
