Para nuestro aniversario elegimos esta excursión desde Puerto Varas y fue un acierto. El minibús era cómodo, tenía buen espacio entre asientos y el guía nos avisaba cada parada para estirar las piernas. Visitamos el mercado de Dalcahue, vimos las iglesias de madera, recorrimos Castro y conocimos Ancud, además del cruce en ferry con paisajes preciosos. Nos encantó probar milcaos y tener tiempo para sacar fotos sin correr. Es una jornada larga, pero muy variada y bien organizada.

Our guide kept the day relaxed while fitting in Ancud’s market, the wooden churches and palafitos in Castro, plus Dalcahue’s craft stalls. I especially enjoyed the short ferry crossing and tasting homemade kuchen during a viewpoint stop. There was plenty of variety without feeling rushed. Traveling solo, I felt well looked after and returned tired but genuinely happy.

Fizemos essa excursão durante nossa lua de mel e foi um dos pontos altos da viagem! O guia foi incrível: conhecia cada cantinho e explicou com muita paixão as igrejas de madeira e as lendas dos palafitos de Castro. Em Ancud, vimos pinguins e o mercado de artesanato; em Dalcahue, provamos curanto e aprendemos sobre a tecelagem local. A travessia de ferry deixou tudo ainda mais especial. Também tivemos tempo para caminhar à beira-mar e tirar fotos lindas. O ritmo foi tranquilo, perfeito para curtir juntos. Voltamos cansados, felizes e cheios de histórias.

Mit meiner Teenager-Tochter starteten wir in Puerto Varas Richtung Chiloé. Die Fährfahrt, Ancuds wilde Küste und der bunte Markt waren schon ein Highlight. Danach ging es zu den Palafitos und zur Holzkirche in Castro, mit tollen Ausblicken und leckeren Muscheln. In Dalcahue stöberten wir durch Handwerksstände. Unsere Reiseleiterin war pünktlich, herzlich und wusste sogar, wo es den besten Kuchen gibt – meine Tochter war überzeugt!

Pour notre premier grand voyage international, on a adoré cette journée à Chiloé. Nous étions seulement huit dans le minibus, ce qui créait une ambiance détendue et très conviviale. Le guide répondait à toutes nos questions sans jamais nous presser. Entre la traversée en ferry, les maisons colorées d’Ancud, le marché de Dalcahue, les églises de Castro et la dégustation d’un curanto, les activités étaient vraiment variées. On n’a pas vu le temps passer, idéal pour notre lune de miel !
