4x4 Excursion In Puerto Madryn

The tour begins when we pick you up in a 4x4 truck at your hotel and then begin the journey through one of the few sand dune areas in the city. 

Slowly we will begin to cross cliffs and coasts, until we descend to different beaches in the city so that passengers can enjoy the scenery and take photographs of the impressive view of the Golfo Nuevo. We will go into the coast to do a 4×4 medium difficulty route, where the interpretation is followed by periods of a lot of adrenaline.

Finally we arrive at Cerro Avanzado to interpret fossil remains and climb to the highest point in this area, and then descend through the most amazing landscapes of the coast in front of Punta Loma.

On our route we visit the Punta Loma sea lion colony, making a recognition of the reefs and marine fossils that constitute the invaluable palaeontological heritage of the area and on this occasion we will have a snack consisting of croissants and an infusion enjoying wonderful views.

To enjoy a similar adventure but with a different touch, you have the opportunity to choose the Trekking option. The route that we will take is exactly the same as the excursion mentioned above, but in this option we will spend 45 minutes to take a walk to the highest point of Cerro Avanzado.

During the tour, a connection with nature is produced that is comforting. Observing the typical vegetation of the place, we can encounter native fauna and through canyons and cliffs. We will travel unconventional paths up and down ravines, interpreting intertidal zones, the flora of the place, the panoramic point "Cerro Avanzado", tours through ravines and observation and interpretation of fossils.
