Tour Description
After we pick you up from your downtown Bariloche hotel, we will set off towards Val, traveling along Avenida Castillo with the stunning Lake Nahuel Huapi by our side.
Upon arrival at Puerto Pañuelo, nestled between the Llao Llao Peninsula and Villa Tacul, we will board our boat and begin an unforgettable navigation on Lake Nahuel Huapi, one of the top attractions in the area.
Our first stop is the Centinela Islet, the final resting place of Perito Francisco Pascasio Moreno, recognized as the founder of Argentina’s National Parks.
We will then continue sailing to the Cántaros Waterfall, where we can admire the impressive larch tree, estimated to be around 1,500 years old.
Afterwards, we will enjoy a short walk through the lush Valdivian rainforest to reach Lake Cántaros, which feeds the waterfall.
Next, we return to the boat for a brief five-minute cruise that brings us to the remarkable Puerto Blest, a popular destination that attracts visitors from around the globe.
From here, you can explore the bay and view the shores of Lake Frías, famous for its unique green waters fed by a glacier on Mount Tronador, the stunning natural border between Argentina and Chile.
At this point, you have the option to take an additional navigation to Lake Frías (not included).
After exploring the hidden gems of Lake Nahuel Huapi, we will dock again at Puerto Pañuelo and provide your return transfer to Bariloche.
