Horseback Riding At Estancia Cristina

The day starts early with a transfer from hotels in El Calafate at 07:30 AM, taking guests to Puerto Punta Bandera.

At 09:00 AM, the boat journey to Estancia Cristina begins. During the navigation, passengers are offered complimentary coffee. Upon arrival at Estancia Cristina, a specialized guide welcomes everyone and accompanies the group throughout the chosen expedition.

The adventure continues along the Caterina River valley, passing through scenic mountains and lagoons until reaching Pearson Lake. Here, visitors can pause to appreciate the breathtaking landscape. On the return to the lodge, and depending on the navigation schedule, there is an opportunity to visit the estancia’s museum, which showcases the stories of the region’s pioneers.

Afterward, guests gather at the Monturero to meet their expert guide. Participants will mount their horses and receive an introductory briefing before embarking on a horseback ride through the valley, ending at a mountain hut where they can unwind and immerse themselves in nature.

Once the excursion concludes, the group departs from Estancia Cristina and sails back to Puerto Punta Bandera. The final return to El Calafate is scheduled for 07:30 PM, bringing an end to a day filled with adventure and stunning scenery.
