Viajamos dos amigas en temporada baja y todo estuvo muy bien coordinado. Nos confirmaron el punto de recogida la noche anterior y el minibus llegó a las 7:10, tal como habían indicado. La visita a El Chaltén tuvo tiempos claros para caminar y almorzar, y después la navegación por el lago Viedma salió sin demoras. El guía fue atento, sin apurarnos, y nos explicó detalles de los glaciares durante el trayecto. Por incluir traslado, ambas actividades y acompañamiento, el precio nos pareció justo. En medio de un viaje familiar, terminamos el día cansadas, pero felices.

Chaltén y Viedma, todo bien coordinado

After a busy work trip, this was the family day I was hoping for. Best Patagonia Tours kept everything wonderfully organized: our minibus arrived at the hotel at 7:05, exactly as confirmed, and the transfer to El Chaltén and the Lake Viedma navigation connected smoothly. Since we traveled in low season, there were only nine of us, which made the atmosphere relaxed and friendly rather than crowded. The guide even coordinated a short coffee stop when our daughter got chilly. Boarding was on time, with clear instructions throughout. The views were unforgettable, but the calm logistics made enjoying them with my family especially easy.

Fizemos o Tour em Chaltén e a navegação no Lago Viedma na baixa temporada, com apenas oito pessoas na van. O clima foi leve, sem correria, e minha filha adolescente ficou bem à vontade com o grupo pequeno. A guia Marina conhecia muito a região: mostrou onde costumam aparecer condores e explicou por que o gelo do Viedma fica mais azulado nas fendas. Entre trilhas e navegação, tudo foi bem organizado e tranquilo.

Mit zwei kleinen Kindern war dieser Ausflug überraschend entspannt: Die Fahrt ab El Calafate im bequemen Kleinbus hatte viel Platz, und unser Fahrer hielt sogar für eine kurze Keks-Pause mit Aussicht. In El Chaltén blieb Zeit für einen Spaziergang, Fotos und etwas Wind im Haar; danach ging es aufs Schiff über den Viedma-See. Berge, Gletscherblicke und eine ruhige Bootsfahrt an einem Tag – unsere Kinder waren begeistert und schliefen auf der Rückfahrt sofort ein.

Les horaires du transfert, de la balade à El Chaltén et de l’embarquement sur le lac Viedma ont été respectés à la minute. Même le changement de bateau nous a été expliqué clairement. Une journée intense, fluide et vraiment magnifique à deux !
