Punta Tombo With Watching Of Penguins And Doninas

Our tour begins with pick-up from selected hotels in Puerto Madryn between approximately 07:15 and 07:30 AM. The first destination is the Rawson Port , located in Playa Unión .

From here, we will set sail for a dolphin watching excursion , to observe the smallest dolphin in the world . Please note that these dolphins live in the wild, so while our navigation will maximize the chances of encounters, sightings depend on the animals themselves. After about one hour of navigation , we will return to Rawson Port, where you will have free time for lunch (not included).

After lunch, the journey continues to Punta Tombo , a unique geographic site that is home to the Magellanic penguin . Here, we'll spend approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, where you'll be able to observe the coexistence of diverse native wildlife , such as gulls, skuas, giant petrels, cormorants, oystercatchers, and steamer ducks . With some luck, you might also spot characteristic steppe species like guanacos, rheas, maras, and foxes.

Following this visit, we will head back to Puerto Madryn at around 18:30 PM.
