🐋 Whale Watching in Puerto Pirámides – Unforgettable Adventure in Peninsula Valdés
Our journey begins in Puerto Pirámides, at the office situated at the first descent to the sea, right next to the Whale Bar. This location marks the starting point of our thrilling whale watching tour.
We will set off on a coastal navigation, guided by our expert bilingual team. Throughout the excursion, they will share fascinating information about the remarkable marine and coastal ecosystems that make this region unique.
As we cruise through the waters of the Golfo Nuevo, we prepare for an awe-inspiring moment: encountering the southern right whales in their natural habitat.
Once we spot these magnificent creatures, the boat’s engines will be switched off, allowing the tranquil sounds of the sea to surround us. The only noises will be the wind, the birds, and the distinctive spouts of the whales.
Soon, these gentle giants will approach our vessel, offering us the extraordinary chance to observe them up close and experience a deep sense of connection and respect for marine wildlife.
Throughout the tour, we employ the famous "Patagonian Technique", which enables us to safely and respectfully approach the whales, always honoring their natural behaviors.
We often see the whales glide beneath the boat and surface just a few meters away, making for an safe and unforgettable adventure. These marine mammals are known for their peaceful nature, and our boats meet all safety standards required for whale watching.
The approximate duration of the navigation is 1 hour and 15 minutes, although this may vary depending on the season, weather conditions, and wildlife activity in the area.
After the tour, we will return to our original meeting point in Puerto Pirámides, marking the end of our exceptional service.
