Your adventure begins at the ranch's historic core, where you’ll be given a detailed technical briefing and all necessary equipment (helmet and gaiters). Soon after, we will set out on a horseback ride through the Calafate Stream Canyon, traversing streams and ancient geological formations that showcase millions of years of natural history.

As we ascend, relish the peaceful atmosphere of the canyon and take in unique panoramic vistas of the Patagonian steppe.

After a scenic hour and a half, we’ll reach the Arroyo Cave, where local gauchos will greet us with a typical country-style lunch (see menu) and a celebratory wine toast to cap off this remarkable journey.
