Are you a fan of adventure and adrenaline? On this tour, we invite you to experience an exhilarating zip line ride from the summit of Cerro Frías and explore the surrounding area in a 4x4 vehicle.
Our journey begins at Estancia Alice, where we will equip ourselves with the necessary gear to start our adventure, which lasts a total of 2 hours. We will board a 4x4 truck and make our way to one of the highest points on the hill. From there, we will begin our thrilling zigzag descent, enjoying spectacular views of the stunning landscapes around us.
After the adventure, we will take a break to enjoy a meal or snack in the barbecue area, depending on the time selected for your tour.

Tour Description
Our tour starts at 8:30 am with a pick-up service from the central hotels in El Calafate, heading towards Estancia Alice, situated just 20 kilometers from the city. Here, in addition to exploring the ranch facilities and observing the local farm animals, guests will enjoy an exciting 2-hour zip-lining experience.
Upon arrival, we will receive the necessary equipment for the activity and board a 4x4 vehicle to ascend Cerro Frías. During the ascent, you can admire breathtaking panoramic views that showcase the blend of the Patagonian steppe and the native lenga forest. There will also be opportunities to spot local flora and fauna such as guanacos, foxes, condors, and hares.
Our journey will take us to a stop at 560 meters above sea level, where we will begin the zigzag descent covering approximately 2,000 meters divided into 5 sections—one of the longest zip line tours in South America.
After enjoying this two-hour adventure, we will return to the ranch where you will have free time to visit the facilities and enjoy your lunch or snack in the barbecue area, depending on the selected option. Thanks to the large windows at the ranch, you can relax and take in the stunning Patagonian scenery during your meal or break.
At the end of this excursion, we will return to the city center and drop you off at your centrally located hotel.
