En nuestro primer viaje internacional en familia, la Experiencia Husky fue un golazo. We loved how easily this excursion connected Ushuaia with the wild Tierra Mayor Valley. Our minibus picked us up near the port, with plenty of legroom and warm seats; the driver even handed out hot water for the ride back. Beyond the forest, the snowy trails opened toward the Andes and Laguna Esmeralda, with huskies pulling us through a wonderfully quiet landscape. We also enjoyed meeting the dogs and walking a short stretch beside the woods. The views felt completely different from town, and the relaxed transport made the whole morning effortless.

Unser Jubiläum hätte kaum besser beginnen können: Mit dem Husky-Schlitten durch das verschneite Tal von Tierra Mayor, anschließend Schneeschuhe an und quer durch den stillen Wald – Ushuaias Berge sahen aus wie eine Filmkulisse. Die Hunde hatten mehr Energie als wir nach dem Flug. Einer klaute sogar meinen Handschuh und brachte ihn stolz zurück. Lagerfeuer, Tee und viel Gelächter machten den Ausflug unvergesslich.

On était deux copines et cette sortie a été un des meilleurs moments de notre séjour. Le guide, Martín, connaissait vraiment la vallée : il nous a expliqué pourquoi certains huskies tiraient davantage sur la neige dure et nous a montré une ancienne piste forestière près d’un mirador. Le groupe comptait seulement huit personnes, donc l’ambiance est restée chaleureuse, sans attente ni bruit. On a même partagé un maté autour du feu après la balade. Les chiens sont adorables, bien traités, et Martín répondait à toutes nos questions avec patience.
