Along the way, observe beavers thriving in their natural environment and take in breathtaking panoramic views.
Tour Description
At around 8:30 am, we will pick you up from your hotel and head to Llanos del Castor, located just 25 km from Ushuaia’s city. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a hot beverage while we introduce you to the day’s activities and explain the safety guidelines.
This excursion is designed for those who love outdoor adventure, offering a guided tour with highly qualified staff. To begin, you’ll enjoy a gentle trek through the Lenga Forest, a characteristic feature of the Andean Patagonian forest. Here, you’ll marvel at breathtaking landscapes and see trees felled by old lumberjacks, creating a unique natural setting.
The adventure continues with an exhilarating ride on a UTV 4x4 vehicle, navigating a spectacular circuit for about an hour. Along the way, you’ll witness incredible scenery and spot beavers in their natural habitats, such as rivers and dams. Our guide will provide clear instructions on how to operate the vehicle, but if you prefer not to drive, our professional staff will gladly take the wheel to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.
To complete your experience, we’ll visit a Montañes restaurant, where a delicious lunch will be waiting for you. You’ll have the opportunity to choose from a variety of regional dishes, accompanied by locally crafted mountain beer, wine, water, or soda. Around 2:00 pm, we’ll return you to your hotel, capping off an unforgettable day at Llanos del Castor!
